Warranty Policy

At Kango Wheels, every set of wheels is manufactured and inspected with attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a reliable experience.

All Kango Wheels are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date the product is delivered.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that affect the normal function of the product, including:

  • Improperly installed or secured bearings from manufacturing.
  • Structural cracks, separation, or failures caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Manufacturing or assembly issues that prevent the wheels from functioning as intended.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by Kango Wheels.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from use.
  • Damage caused by impacts, drops, crashes, or accidents.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or removal.
  • Damage caused by excessive force or the use of tools during installation.
  • Products that have been modified, altered, repaired, or otherwise tampered with.
  • Damage caused by using the wheels with incompatible trucks or hardware.
  • Cosmetic wear resulting from normal use.
  • Normal changes in appearance, finish, or color caused by use.
  • Damage resulting from misuse or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Bearings

Bearings are an integral part of Kango Wheels and are inspected during the manufacturing process.

If a bearing becomes loose, detaches, or comes out of the wheel during normal use within the warranty period, the issue may qualify as a manufacturing defect and will be reviewed by Kango Wheels.

Please do not glue, press, drill, modify, or attempt to repair the wheel or bearing before contacting us. Any modification or attempted repair may affect our ability to properly evaluate the claim.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty evaluation, please contact Kango Wheels and provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Approximate purchase date
  • Clear photographs of the wheels
  • Photos or video showing the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

In some cases, we may request additional photos or video to better determine the cause of the issue.

Warranty Evaluation

Once we receive the required information, Kango Wheels will review the claim and determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect, normal wear, improper installation, accidental damage, or another external factor.

A warranty claim does not automatically qualify for a replacement. Each claim is evaluated individually.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Kango Wheels may provide one of the following solutions, at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the affected wheel or set of wheels.
  • Replacement of the affected component, when applicable.
  • Repair, when technically possible.
  • Another reasonable solution agreed upon with the customer.
Warranty Replacements

If a product is determined to be covered under this warranty, Kango Wheels will provide the appropriate replacement solution.

Shipping arrangements and costs for warranty replacements will be determined based on the specific case, destination, and availability of the product.

Returns

Our manufacturing warranty is separate from our return policy.

A product that is simply unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or no longer desired does not automatically qualify as defective.

Returns are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable order.

Purchases From Authorized Retailers

If you purchased Kango Wheels through an authorized retailer or distributor, please contact the retailer where the purchase was originally made.

Kango Wheels may request valid proof of purchase before processing a warranty claim.

B-Grade, Samples & Final Sale Products

Products specifically identified as B-Grade, Samples, Prototypes, Seconds, Clearance, or Final Sale may be subject to different warranty conditions.

Any specific warranty limitations stated on the product page at the time of purchase will apply.

Important Information

Kango Wheels does not guarantee a specific service life for any wheel.

Wheel longevity depends on several factors, including frequency of use, riding surface, trucks, installation, impacts, maintenance, and overall handling.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear resulting from use.
